1. Only cash is acceptable during onsite registration for abroad participants. 
2. Refund Policy: In order to ensure a smooth refund process, any delegate who applies for a refund before 11 September 2024 will receive refund with a deduction of bank processing fee. Late applications will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
3. Refund application process: Please submit your refund application to luqian@tongji.edu.cn and provide the necessary information, including the participant's name, mobile phone number, refund amount, and reason for refund. We will reply to confirm, process your application, and provide you with a refund as soon as possible.
4. Refund Processing Time: After receiving your refund application, the conference organizer will review and refund it soon. Please be patient, as the refund time may be slightly delayed due to the bank's processing cycle and other reasons.
5. Invoices will be issued after the symposium.
